The Festival team selects projects in accordance with its own sense of novelty, liveliness and meaningfulness, and is guided not only by professional criteria related to any particular area, but primarily by the perceivable evidence of dolphinity in the material presented to it.

The most interesting projects will be presented at the Festival and acknowledged with special awards. In the course of the following year the Festival will try to assist their realization and give them priority attention. The results of this activity (reports), along with new projects, will be presented to the next year’s Festival.
