PROJECT ORIGINATOR

You are welcome to apply for participation in the Festival presenting what you are ALREADY DOING NOW to keep the world alive and whole.

There are no restrictions as to the mode of presentation, the sphere or scope of the project originators’ professional activity.

If what you do is not directly related to the issues the Festival concerns itself with, but you nevertheless consider them important and would like to help resolving them, and to support the Festival you can take part in the Festival as a Contributor.

The Competition is open to professional and amateur photographers and cinematographers from around the world.

Images related to the ocean (both above and underwater) are considered.

Films related to whales and dolphins are considered.

The best films will be screened at the Festival.

FOR THE ATTENTION OF PARTICIPANTS

Festival accepts as participants only those who have created and are running projects selected for the program, or individuals willing to provide real and significant assistance to the Festival.

The Festival is not an entertainment even for tourists, holidaymakers looking to make new friends, secure internships, or simply curious about it (except for the open - the fete at the port).

Media outlets can participate in the Festival on general terms – presenting themselves as projects.

Please, refrain from proposing to hold morning yoga sessions, help with translation, take photographs, give moral support etc.

The Festival will admit only one hundred participants. It is concerned with the quality not quantity of participation.
